Kickstarter Launched for Figment Mini Golf Course

The mini golf course on Governors Island has been a tradition on the island that everyone loves. Figment NYC and the talented artists that bring it to life every year, always different, always a work of art, work very hard on it. Now there is a Kickstarter going on to raise the money for the 2017 mini golf course.

The crowd-funding campaign is hoping to raise $25,000 to bring the golf course back for its 10th straight year.

New York is one of the most musically vibrant cities in the world. The 2017 Artist-Designed Minigolf Course will have the theme “NYC Has The Beat.” It will feature holes inspired by the rhythm of the city and its local music scene.

The 2017 course will be one of the most imaginative and interactive yet. We will keep you up to date on its progress every step of the way. Your support will help bring “NYC Has The Beat” to life. Then please come over to Governors Island this summer and play it!
